Mango Soup

Fresh mango (at least one mango for two people)
Orange juice
For garnish: raspberry and mint leaves

Cut and scoop out mango and put in blender, add a splash of orange juice, squeeze in juice from a lime maybe two, then add yogurt (Greek if you like it thicker, other yogurt if you like it thinner). To make it sweeter add vanilla yogurt. Blend all together then put in refrigerator and let chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve in dish and put a garish of raspberry with mint leaves. Serve. Enjoy.
